本政策说明 Tibunan（以下简称“我们”）在你使用 www.tibunan.vip 时收集哪些信息，以及如何使用和保护这些信息。
1. 我们收集的信息
- 访问密码和登录记录：你输入的访问密码；每次用密码登录时，我们记录登录时间、IP 地址和浏览器/设备信息（User-Agent），用于保障安全和限制同时登录的设备数。
- 学习设置：你选择的教材版本、练习模式和页面折叠状态，与访问密码关联保存。
- 购买信息：你在本网站购买时，Creem 会把你的付款邮箱、订单号、金额和订单状态发给我们，我们还会记录下单时的 IP 地址。我们不会接收或保存你的银行卡信息，支付信息由 Creem 处理。
- 客服邮件：你发给客服邮箱的邮件（包括你的邮箱地址、邮件内容和附件）会保存在我们的服务器上，用于回复和处理你的问题。
- 我们不会要求学生提供姓名、电话、学校等个人资料。

3. Cookie

4. 第三方服务
- Creem（creem.io）：作为记录商家（Merchant of Record）处理付款、税务和发票，并按其隐私政策处理你的付款信息。
- Resend（resend.com）：代我们发送邮件，例如客服回复。
- 单词发音：部分单词的发音音频可能从第三方音频服务器加载，此时该服务器会看到你的 IP 地址。
除上述情况和法律要求外，我们不会与第三方共享你的信息。我们的服务器可能位于你所在的国家或地区之外。
5. 保存期限
订单记录按会计和税务要求保存；登录记录和学习设置在提供服务所需的期间内保存。你可以随时要求删除，法律要求保留的记录除外。

This policy explains what information Tibunan (“we”, “us”) collects when you use www.tibunan.vip, and how we use and protect it.
1. Information we collect
- Access codes and sign-in records: the access code you enter. Each time you sign in with a code we record the time, your IP address and browser/device information (user agent), to keep the service secure and to enforce the limit on simultaneous devices.
- Study settings: your chosen textbook version, practice mode and collapsed page sections, stored with your access code.
- Purchase information: when you buy on this website, Creem sends us your payment email address, order number, amount and order status, and we record the IP address used to place the order. We never receive or store your card details — payment information is handled by Creem.
- Support emails: emails you send to our support address (including your email address, the message and any attachments) are stored on our servers so we can reply to and resolve your request.
- We do not ask students for their name, phone number, school or other personal details.
2. How we use information
- To provide the service: validating access codes, enforcing the device limit and saving study settings;
- To deliver and help you retrieve purchased codes, and to handle support requests and refunds;
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse;
- To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising, and we do not send marketing emails.
3. Cookies
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
4. Third parties
- Creem (creem.io) processes payments, tax and invoicing as our Merchant of Record, and handles your payment information under its privacy policy.
- Resend (resend.com) sends emails on our behalf, such as replies from support.
- Word pronunciation: some pronunciation audio may be loaded from a third-party audio server, which will then see your IP address.
Apart from the above and where required by law, we do not share your information with third parties. Our servers may be located outside your country or region.
5. Retention
Order records are kept as required for accounting and tax purposes. Sign-in records and study settings are kept for as long as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except records we are legally required to keep.
6. Children’s privacy
The service is designed for school students. Purchases should be made by a parent, guardian or school. Apart from access codes and the technical sign-in records described above, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents can contact us to review or delete such information.
7. Security
The website is served over HTTPS; administrator and reseller passwords are stored hashed; access to our servers and database is limited to the people who need it.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete information about you by emailing our support address; we will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.
