欢迎使用 Tibunan（以下简称“我们”）。使用本网站 www.tibunan.vip 及其提供的服务，即表示你同意本条款。如果你不同意，请不要使用本服务。
1. 服务内容
Tibunan 是一个在线英语单词练习平台，按教材的年级、册和单元整理单词，提供学习、默写、五秒挑战等练习模式，面向小学、初中和高中学生。
2. 访问密码
- 使用本服务需要访问密码。密码可以在本网站购买，也可以从我们授权的代理处获得。
- 每个密码对应购买时选择的学段（小学、初中、高中或全学段），在有效期内可以练习该学段的全部单元。
- 有效期从密码发放时开始计算：月卡 32 天，年卡和团购年卡每张 380 天。到期日显示在学习中心页面上。
- 每个密码最多同时在 2 台设备上登录，超出时最早登录的设备会被退出。
- 密码供购买者本人及其家人或学生使用；团购的密码可以由购买者分发给自己的学生或成员。未经我们许可，不得转售或公开分享密码。
- 请妥善保管密码。发现密码被滥用（例如被公开传播）时，我们可以停用该密码。
3. 免费试用
我们提供有限的免费试用（一年级内容），试用的内容和期限可能随时调整。
4. 价格与支付
- 价格以美元标示，已包含适用税费，详见价格页。
- 所有购买都是一次性付款，不会自动续费。
- 订单由我们的在线经销商 Creem（creem.io）处理。Creem 是所有订单的记录商家（Merchant of Record），负责收款、税务和发票；你的购买同时适用 Creem 买家条款。
- 付款成功后，密码会显示在付款结果页上；也可以在查询订单页用付款邮箱和订单号找回。
5. 退款
- 购买后 7 天内，你可以发邮件到客服邮箱申请退款，请写明订单号和付款邮箱，无需说明理由。
- 退款通过 Creem 原路退回到你的付款账户。
- 订单退款或发生拒付（chargeback）后，这笔订单发放的所有密码都会被停用。
- 超过 7 天的订单不予退款，法律另有强制规定的除外。
6. 使用规则
你不得：使用程序批量抓取、下载或复制网站内容；干扰、攻击或试图绕过本服务的安全措施；将本服务用于任何违法用途。
7. 内容与知识产权
本网站的软件、页面设计和整理的单词资料归我们所有，仅供个人学习使用。网站提到的教材和出版社名称归各自所有者所有，我们与相关出版社没有关联，也未获其认可。
8. 服务变更与中断
我们会尽力保持服务稳定，但可能因维护、升级或不可控的原因暂时中断。我们可能调整练习内容和功能。
9. 免责与责任限制
本服务按“现状”提供，我们不保证学习效果。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们因本服务承担的责任以你为相关密码实际支付的金额为限。
10. 条款变更
我们可能不时更新本条款，更新后的版本会发布在本页并注明更新日期。更新后继续使用本服务，即表示你接受新条款。

Welcome to Tibunan (“we”, “us”). By using www.tibunan.vip and its services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Tibunan is an online English vocabulary practice platform. Word lists are organized by textbook grade, volume and unit, with practice modes including Study, Dictation and a 5-Second Challenge, for primary, junior-high and senior-high school students.
2. Access codes
- An access code is required to use the service. Codes can be purchased on this website or obtained from resellers we authorize.
- Each code covers the school stage(s) chosen at purchase (primary, junior high, senior high or all stages) and unlocks every unit of that stage during its validity period.
- Validity starts when the code is issued: 32 days for a monthly code and 380 days for each annual or group-annual code. The expiry date is shown in the learning center.
- A code can be signed in on up to 2 devices at the same time; signing in on another device signs out the oldest session.
- Codes are for the purchaser and their family members or students. Codes bought in a group purchase may be distributed by the purchaser to their own students or members. Codes may not be resold or shared publicly without our permission.
- Keep your code safe. We may disable codes that are abused, for example published online.
3. Free trial
We offer a limited free trial (grade 1 content). The trial’s content and duration may change at any time.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes; see the Pricing page.
- All purchases are one-time payments; nothing renews automatically.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (creem.io). Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, tax and invoicing. Creem’s Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
- After payment, your access codes are shown on the payment result page. You can also retrieve them on the order lookup page with your payment email and order number.
5. Refunds
- You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing our support address with your order number and payment email. No reason is required.
- Refunds are made through Creem to your original payment method.
- When an order is refunded or charged back, all access codes issued for that order are disabled.
- Orders older than 7 days are not refundable, except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You must not scrape, bulk-download or copy the website’s content with automated tools; interfere with, attack or try to circumvent the service’s security; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Content and intellectual property
The software, design and compiled word lists belong to us and are provided for personal study only. Textbook and publisher names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any publisher.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or reasons beyond our control. We may change practice content and features.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of learning results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability related to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant access code(s).
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its update date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
